What scares me most about this story is that someone as obviously deeply unhinged, unstable and well, plainly bonkers is allowed to drive ANY kind of car never mind 300 odd horses of Subaru. And if it's 'nervous' at speed think how nervous you'd be if you met the mad bastard coming down the road! Whoever it is - he's obviously a little bit dim too. Putting the web address of Donnelly in his rant? Anyone with more brain cells than he (2+) can plainly see you'll deal with professionals. Well done Genius!

After attending Frank Sidebottom's 'Customer Relations' course we at Donnelly Subaru decided that, rather than deal with customer concerns, we would be better calling the POLICE. If that failed we felt it was important to get our solicitor to accuse anyone of anything rather than just saying 'Whoops perhaps we can have a look and see what can be sorted out!'

I dont know who this loony tune is but I also bought a Subaru from Donnelly's as well as a good friend of mine and we have had nothing but excellent service from the company.Maybe you should burn the car if you can afford to. I suppose you could claim on the insurance if its upto date. The sooner the better I would suggest and you could then post a nice video on youtube of " I am a wally and I am burning my subaru thats only two years old" I am sure you will get lots of hits and now that youtube are potentially paying subscribers for advertising revenue you might be able to buy another with the proceeds. Go on burn it in a nice public place. Maybe you could ask your friends where they burn theirs when theyve nicked them.

Donnelly Subaru did not supply any of the above cars and is in no way linked to anything to do with anything other than some of the things we do sometimes to somebody who might have had something done to them.

This customer has obviously lost his marbles. Oh I love to dance to David (AKA Michael Knight) all night long. I was inspired to become a car man after seeing Knightrider, I have been a big fan ever since. I hope Knightrider comes back, especially if they have that cool turbo winged version.
Play it all night!

This car belonged to Mr Typhoo of Tea lane near Michael Jackson's house. I never ever said that Subaru UK were diddle bottoms. If the car had been returned in it's plastic box we would have of course removed the exhaust to see what was the trouble.

Is this a joke? I was keen to get a "new" Suberu, but want to be sure I don’t buy a pup! Can you give me more details? Is this typical of the model or is it just a bad car? Would it be best to import direct from manufacturer? - I have containers worldwide but I would prefer local support. Perhaps you can recommend local track tuning specialist? All information will be guaranteed confidential. I can’t believe your story in this day and age.

NO JOKE SIR ! Donnelly Subaru Belfast are keen to get your custom but then their obligation seems to vaporise. I have been treated appallingly and I simply can not understand why a main dealer can not be controlled by the manufacterer

I have had experience before of car dealers who, after the tyres kiss the kerb, couldn't give a toss about you. Subaru used to have a really good reputation, but this has started to diminish because dealers are only concerned by a fast buck.

After requesting help from Subaru UK, they offered to inspect the car which was steaming up, handling was nervous and the registration book was still missing. What a mess! Donnellys denied having anything to do with the car, this was odd since they had their sticker on the number plate and rear window.
I offered to allow them to swap the car for one with no peculular history and no odd registration situation.

Subaru UK attempted to intervene but proved hopeless in their attempts to rein in their rogue main agent. My car was taken away for inspection, but I sense a conspiracy. The registration book reappeared after 5 months and numerous solicitors letters. By this stage we recinded the goods and attempted to return the car. Donnelly Subaru involved the Police and a simple civil matter escalated into a farse. The young constable was out of his depth, both legally and morally. Following a report to The Police ombunsman, he was disciplined for inappropriate responce. Subaru UK smiled and shruggged their broad shoulders. My car was returned on the back of a transporter to storage.

Apart from mis selling a beautiful Subaru STI Prodrive Donnelly Subaru also can mis place your registration document for five months, ignore your repeated requests for help and ultimately involve Trading Standards in your life. Their customer service stinks like the hot air they produce every time they talk through their arses, which seems to be every time they make a noise.
